Well, John, you almost got away without a bug report from me this time, but:

Click on the "New Card" button from a Voice Card in the transit stack. I did this, and wound up with not one but TWO "Voice Card Templates". One actually accepted some text before I noticed the problem and deleted them both. The real card also got created.

I may be wrong, but I think all three cards came about from just one click on the "New Card" button. It took several tries to get my title down to an acceptable length, if that matters.
