I had a problem with system 6.0.4 installed in the Mac plus. I couldn't write from the lightspeed C program. I could do some printing but not from the LightSpeed C program. So I have reinstalled the old system.

Is it possible this has something to do with rebuilding the desktop? I couldn't find out anything about rebuilding the desktop. Could you tell me what it means and how to do it?

Let me know how and I"ll try it again (the 6.0.4).
