This is ONE OF 4 responses to volume 2, John Card Number 34 ("Battle of the Sexes")...

Responding to your comment about it being hard to find intellectual women. I have a friend who exudes sensuality and men obviously like it and react to it. She and I have a mutual friend who is male. One night they were flirting outrageously and I was using a computer terminal in the same room. At some point he stopped flirting with her and started talking to me about foreign films. Later after he had left she made a comment about "all that culture shit". It was the first time I realized that maybe she was threatened by my ability to communicate with him on an intellectual level while I was threatened by her ability to communicate on a sexual one.

It just seems that the sexual level is the first and sometimes the only priority and if a woman can't communicate on a sexual level she can't communicate at all with men. I'm not saying that sex is all men think about, my point is, men get the other kinds of communication from other men.

Comments anyone?
