This is a response to Vol 14 Roger 4 ("Stray Kitten")...

See my response to Larry.

I believe most kitties wandering in residential areas do fine (I know plenty of horror stories, however). Now kitties on busy streets are doomed to be pancake cats.

When I visited Mexico, the drug company sponsoring the meeting was trying to push a reversible birth control for Mexico's pet population. The birth control drug needed to be given every six months or so to prevent pregnancies.

I was amazed! Look at how irresponsible an AFFLUENT country is with its pets (ie. the United States and the amazing birth rate of our dogs and cats) and they want to push a REVERSIBLE birth control! Our method of sterilization was cheaper and much more "humane" than Mexico's.
